3. Data erasure and storage protection

The personal data of the data subject is erased, anonymised or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage ceases to apply. In addition, storage may take place if required by European or national law in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which Dessia is subject. Blocking, anonymisation or deletion ofthe data also takes place if a storage period prescribed by the standards mentioned expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data in order to conclude or fulfil the contract

B. Contact Form

There is a contact form on our website that can be used to contact us electronically. If you use this option, the data entered voluntarily in the input screen is transmitted to us and stored. This normally comprises your email address, firstname and surname. We inform you about the actual processing of data while you are using the form and we obtain your consent. Reference is also made to the privacy notice. The data is used solely for processing the conversation. The legal basis for processing the data when using the contact form, if the user’s consent has been given, is Art. 6 (1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data from the input screen is processed solely for the purpose of acting on the contact request. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. This is the case when the relevant conversation with the user has ended or when the user’s request has finally been processed. The conversation has ended when it is apparent from the circumstances that the issue in question has been finally clarified. The user may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing ofpersonal data vis-à-vis the contact persons listed. Your personal data will only be transmitted to government organisations and authorities if required by law and/or for the purpose of prosecution in the event of attacks on our network infrastructure. We use the Hubspot software solution to cover various aspects of our customer relationship management and online marketing. These include reporting and contact management. Personal data is stored on servers of our software partner HubSpot. We may use this information to contact visitors to our website and to determine which services of our organization are of interest to you. All information collected by us is subject to this Privacy Policy. We use all collected information exclusively to optimize our sales and distribution and make sure that no interests of yours are affected, which outweigh this legitimate interest on our part. 5. Rights of the persons affected
